Every Tuesday and Friday at 4:30 AM GMT, and every Sunday at 9:00 AM GMT, people from every nation gather to pray and experience the move of God through prophetic prayer.

FLOW is led by Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, founder of the United Denominations Originating from the Lighthouse Group of Churches (UD-OLGC) and author of numerous books. Through FLOW, he brings believers together from around the world to experience the power of God through prophetic prayer.
